All service offerings are described on individual product or service pages. RCC does not guarantee revenue, retention improvements, or other specific business outcomes.

3. Legal Disclaimers for Specific Offers

VIP Strategy Days
By purchasing or participating in a VIP Day, you acknowledge:

• The service is strategic and advisory in nature.

• All intellectual property shared is for internal use only.

• Results depend on your implementation; no guarantees are made.

• All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

• Rescheduling requires 5 business days’ notice. No-shows will not be refunded.

Everything DiSC® Workshops
By engaging in an RCC-hosted DiSC Workshop, you agree to the following:

• DiSC assessments are educational tools, not clinical evaluations.

• Assessment content is proprietary to Wiley and may not be copied or distributed.

• Feedback is confidential unless mutually agreed upon by participants.

• RCC assumes no liability for decisions made from DiSC insights.

 

4. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, assessments, methodologies, and materials are the property of RCC or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission.

5. Payments and Billing

All prices are in USD. Payment terms are outlined in client agreements or checkout pages. RCC accepts major credit cards, ACH, and PayPal (via secure, PCI-compliant platforms).
Late or failed payments may result in suspended access to services.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the personalized and digital nature of our work:

• All sales are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in writing.

• For retainer or recurring services, cancellations must be submitted with 30 days' written notice.

• No partial refunds for unused sessions or services.

7. Client Responsibilities

Client outcomes depend on your engagement, communication, and execution. RCC is not liable for results when guidance is not implemented.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the services in question.

9. Governing Law
